This company is terrible, and has rude and horrendous customer service. Their sizing is all over the place - I wear a M in almost everything and needed an XL or even XXL in this specific dress. They do not offer refunds, and will refuse your return by making up some reason for why the item is not returnable. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, emailed support immediately to request a cancellation, and they could not have been more rude - responding in ALL CAPS what their cancellation policy is. There are much better places across the internet for you to spend/throw away your money.
I ordered the dress in 2 sizes intending to return whichever did not fit and exchange it for another style. My return was refused due to “animal hair”. This dress was nowhere near our husky. I simply tried it on and then folded it back up and re-packaged it. Now I’m stuck with the same dress in 2 different sizes. Really disappointed with yBaltic Born and will not purchase from them again.
I purchased the dress for my daughters wedding and it was too tight in the chest, I returned the dress and was told it arrived back with animal hair on it and was not returnable. I do not own an animal and expressed this to customer service. They said they do not remove the garment returned from the packaging before taking photos of the item, but this was not the case. The photo they sent me was the item completely removed from the package I returned it in and you could se a few small fibers laying on the dress, but in no way could you tell what they were or where they came from. Customer service refused to believe me and refused to provide me with a phone number wher I could speak with someone, although I asked repeatedly. Seems like they looked for any reason to not accept my return and were unwilling to consider the fact that they did not follow the correct procedure and therefore could not prove when the fibers/hairs actually landed on the dress, And chose still just to blame the customer instead, knowing their staff member mishandled the return. It was shocking to have such poor customer service and harsh dealings with a return of an item in this day of such an immense amount of online shopping. I shop online weekly and have never had such ridiculous accusations and reasoning from a company. Everywhere else I purchased options from for the wedding made returning simple and I had zero problems. I purchased from Red Dress, Revolve, Nordstrom, Water every Sunday and Belk...all of these companies were a pleasure. Baltic was unprofessional and did not put the customer first. Aside from all of this, the quality was cheaper than I had hoped, but I guess was worth what you pay because they are inexpensive.
