I love all three dresses I’ve bought from Baltic Born, they were all different cuts and materials. This one was the most “casual” which I wore to my engagement party. All their dresses have been on point when suggesting to order your regular size or size up/down. This said to size up and I wish I hadn’t but it wasn’t worth returning. Since it’s smocked it hugged my chest which was flattering but the arms were bigger than I prefer with too much excess fabric (coming from a girl who has larger arms) and that’s really my only complaint as far as I wish I ordered my true size L. I’m 38DD, size 12 in pants, M/L in shirts/dresses for reference.
