Felicity Smocked Dress in Lilac

I bought this dress for my baby shower and it fit so well and was comfortable! I wanted to get something that I could wear again when I wasn't pregnant and this dress definitely fulfilled that. I'm so glad the ladies at Baltic Born made this dress in more colors because I will definitely buy this dress in other colors. For reference, I'm 5'3" and I was 182 lbs at 32 weeks pregnant and I was wearing a large.

I love this dress! It is shorter on me than the model for sure (I'm 5'9") but it still looks good! It falls a few inches below my knees. The top is super stretchy and it is very comfortable and not at all see through. I have a small baby bump (18 weeks pregnant when I wore it) and it is so cute with it! Very flattering and so comfortable!

I was excited to get this dress in the mail, however I immediately noticed upon arrival that it was not the Batlic Born brand-- it had different tags. The smocking was very puckered a poor quality where it met the skirt. 24 days after receiving the package, I attempted to make a return. Due to COVID, I have very limited access to a printer to print the return label. When I tried to return it, I found out that their return policy requires you to return items within 21 days (I have never seen these at any other brand before). When I contacted customer service, the representative was extremely condescending and told me that since I have exchanged items before "our [return] policy shouldn't be shocking to you". They were completely inflexible, which was shocking to me given the crazy times we are living in. I have found many other brands to be flexible and have great customer service during the pandemic. However, I will NOT be shopping Baltic Born again and I will be cautioning all of my friends due to this extremely negative experience.

Dress looked big on

Runs really big! Made me look HUGE! Size down. The customer service was amazing and after I sent it back i got the store credit no hassle. Rating based on dress not the company!
