I purchased this dress to wear on my wedding day. I wanted something more "casual". I did wear a crinoline underneath to make it appear more like a wedding dress. I am 5'8" & there was fabric on the floor even with the crinoline but I loved it long. This dress is very well made. It has white lace overlay but underneath is **** colored material. It is heavy, but comfortable. I normally wear a large but after reading reviews went down to a medium & it fit perfectly. There's enough stretch to be a size off. Love this dress. I plan to have it hemmed to wear in the future. Unfortunately I cannot post my pictures cuz the website isn't publishing my review so I had to submit it thru the after-purchase-email.
