I returned this dress because it's not as classy as pictured. The fabric is the main issue as it's not a shiny/satin type fabric but rather a jersey knit type fabric. While it's stretchy and comfortable it wasn't very flattering and it felt like a dress from a cheap department store.

I got the Varia Midi Dress in black and I LOVE it! It fits well (I got a size large; I’m 5ft 1in and weigh approximately 155 lbs). As a short gal, I love having adjustable straps. The style is great too: sexy and simple.

I used the sizing chart and went with a large due to my bust size. I’m 5’3’’ and 130-140 and planned to have it hemmed. It hit me a few inches above the ankle. The chest coverage was actually great, but it was actually too big around. Since the straps are adjustable which is great, I returned it and hope to get a smaller size, but still waiting on my store credit! It has some stretch and a very flattering cut!
