We will inspect all swimwear for any signs of prolonged wear. If found, the item will not be returnable and will be discarded.

We offer free exchanges as long as:

If you process an exchange, it is possible that by the time your return reaches us, the new item may be out of stock. If this is the case, your return will be issued a store credit. There are no substitutions allowed for exchange item(s).
If you need the exchange item in a timely manner, we recommend purchasing the item(s) right away from our site and returning previous item(s). You will receive a refund for the original purchase that you are returning if we can see you have placed two separate order for the exact same item in two different sizes. This policy is firm and no exceptions for refunds will be made.
We offer $7 flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders up to $99.99 and free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00.
We offer $25 express shipping on all domestic orders. These orders must be placed before 12pm MST to go out the same day. Delivery time is 2-3 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. Packages do not go out Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If you order on a Friday after 12pm MST, your order ship the following business day. All express orders will be shipped via UPS.
We offer $25 flat-rate shipping to Canada and $35 flat-rate shipping to the UK and Australia.
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow extra shipping time during sale periods and holiday seasons. Orders are shipped with standard ground service from Utah and will take 5-8 days for delivery, depending on the recipient's state. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer after the order has shipped. Baltic Born is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.
