Love the dress
I love the dress, the pattern, and the quality. The problem is the top part is not in proportion to the bottom for a size small. The top is more a medium. Baltic Born does not have an exchange policy, so I kept it and had it altered. I realize I could have returned it, got the credit, and hope that the x-small was available and not sold out, but I really like this dress so I just spent the money to have it altered.
