RETURN POLICY

- We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for returned items. We DO NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment. 

- Your store credit gift card will be issued in USD via email within 5-10 business days of delivery of your return back to our warehouse. Store credit never expires.

- Shipping costs are not included in the store credit amount and will not be refunded.

- Items from different order numbers need to be returned separately and cannot be combined into one return.

- We do not allow order cancellations or order edits once an order has been placed, so please thoroughly double-check all order, contact, and payment information at checkout. We do not make price adjustments on any past or future orders.

- If you need to exchange an item, please return your original order and use your store credit gift card towards the new order. We do not honor sale prices on exchanges if the sale has ended. 

- Some items require a $25 restocking fee that will be deducted from your store credit. Please check the product description to see if this fee applies to the product ordered.

-Multiple returns of damaged/unsellable items will revoke customers return eligibility.

- Please note items that say "Final Sale" in the description are not eligible for return or exchange. If a final sale item is sent back with a return, customer is responsible to pay for return shipping or the item will be donated.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

- We offer free return shipping on all U.S. orders through our Returns Portal.

- We do not offer free return shipping on international orders. 

- You have 35 days from the date of fulfillment (the date you receive your fulfillment confirmation email) to return your order. 


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

- The international customer incurs return shipping expenses. We recommend shipping your return with a carrier service that is easily tracked.

- Please include a note inside the package with your name and order number.

- The customer is responsible for providing a tracking number to Baltic Born if needed.

Your store credit gift card will be issued in USD via email within 5-10 business days of delivery of your return back to our warehouse. Store credit never expires.

 

INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED OR MISSING ITEM FROM ORDER

If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of the package delivery. We ask that you keep a hold of the shipping packaging as well as the order packing slip while we investigate.

  

DAMAGED ITEM SENT

- If you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@balticborn.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item within 14 days of receiving your package. If the order was placed with express shipping please report within 7 days of delivery.

- DO NOT submit your order on our Returns Portal.

- If an item has been WORN or WASHED, it NO LONGER QUALIFIES for damage compensation or a return.

Once a claim is opened, if we don't hear back or get a response within 30 days then the claim will be closed.


To receive your STORE CREDIT, item(s) must be:

- Unworn with tags still attached.

- No trace of animal hair, deodorant, makeup, or strong smell such as perfume, body odor, smoke, etc.

- Item(s) must be in RESALABLE CONDITION. We thoroughly check our products before shipment for any signs of damage. It is your responsibility to email us if you receive a damaged/defective item before returning it, as mentioned above.

- All swim returns must be in original condition with tags attached, hygienic liners in place, and no sign of wear. We will inspect all swimwear for any signs of prolonged wear. If found, the item will not be returnable and will be discarded. Store credit will NOT be issued for swimsuit pieces that are returned without the original hygienic liner. 


DISCOUNT CODES

- General discount codes are one use only.

- Discount codes of any kind (including those redeemed from rewards points) are not stackable.


COLOR DISCREPANCIES

- Product color variations may occur due to digital photography and lighting discrepancies. Please review the product description for any further details regarding color. 

- Color may vary with style. If you have questions regarding color matching for wedding parties, please order color swatches before purchasing, or email our Customer Service Team at hello@balticborn.com
