Returns
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date for refunds, or within 30 days for exchanges or store credit. Each return is subject to a $10 shipping fee unless “Package Protection + Return Shipping” was purchased on the original order.
In addition to shipping fees, returns are subject to a $10 restocking and handling fee. This fee will be waived for customers who elect to receive store credit or an exchange in lieu of a monetary refund. Items that have been laundered, worn, damaged, or have had any tags removed will not be eligible for a return. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please refer to the additional details provided below.

Return Policy:
- Most items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the tracked delivery date, or for store credit or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to applicable handling fees.
- Shipping charges and the fee for “Package Protection + Return Shipping” are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- We do not allow order cancellations or order edits once an order has been placed, so please thoroughly double-check all order, contact, and payment information at checkout.
- Price adjustments will not be made for any past or future orders.
- Items sent back without starting a return through the return portal will automatically be issued store credit (items must first be received and inspected at our facility) Baltic Born cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Return items may be eligible for store credit.
Installments:
- Orders placed with an installment plan will be refunded to the original payment method and are not eligible for store credit or exchanges
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn with tags still attached. This includes sizing tags or return security tags (such as return protection ribbons where applicable).
- Items must have no trace of human or pet hair, deodorant, makeup, or strong smell such as perfume, body odor, smoke, etc.
- Item(s) must be like-new and in RESALABLE CONDITION.
- All swim returns must be in original condition with tags attached, hygienic liners in place, and no sign of wear. We will inspect all swimwear for any signs of wear. If found, the item will be discarded.
- Items that do not meet the specified return conditions may be ineligible for a refund or compensation.
- Baltic Born reserves the right to revoke customer’s return eligibility based on multiple returns of damaged/unsellable items
Final Sale
- Items marked "FINAL SALE" are NOT eligible for return for refund, store credit or exchange, regardless of “Package Protection + Return Shipping” purchase.
- If a final sale item is returned, there will be NO return compensation (store credit or refund) issued, the item will be donated and the customer will not be contacted.
Return Handling Fees
- All returns are subject to a $10 USD shipping charge unless “Package Protection + Return Shipping” was purchased on the initial order.
- All refunds for returned items are subject to a $10 restocking fee that is not covered by our “Package Protection + Return Shipping” policy. This fee will be waived for customers who elect to receive store credit or an exchange in lieu of a monetary refund.
*Some gowns may require an additional $25 restocking fee. Please check the product description to see if this fee applies to the product ordered.
- Shipping and Restock/Handling fees will be deducted from your return or store credit amount
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
- To make an international return, please start a return HERE.
Note: Baltic Born only provides return shipping labels for customers in the U.S. and Canada. Other International customers are responsible for arranging and purchasing a return label through their local shipping provider after starting a return HERE.
- Exchanges are only available to US and Canada customers.
Compensation Methods & Processing Time
Instant Exchanges:
- Instant Exchange orders require credit card information, a $0 hold will show on your account. Instant exchange orders are placed immediately and cannot be canceled or changed, they are subject to standard processing times.
- If the original purchased item is not returned you will be charged the full amount for the new item. If you would like to return the item you exchanged for please start a separate return through our return portal.
- Exchanges may not be available for all items or in all situations.
- If you believe you have been charged for an instant exchange by error please reach out to [email protected]
Standard Exchange:
- Exchange orders will be placed once your return is processed (3-5 business days after we receive your return). Exchange orders are subject to standard processing times.
-If your return expires, the exchange order will be cancelled
-If an item is returned after expiration, store credit will be issued
-If an item goes out of stock before your items are returned, the exchange will be cancelled and you will be issued store credit equivalent to to the original credit amount
*gift cards cannot be purchased as an exchange item
*If a wrong item is returned, or an item is missing from an exchange Baltic Born will revoke return eligibility until the correct/missing items are returned or compensated for
- Exchanges may not be available for all items or in all situations.
- If the total cost of your exchange items plus shipping costs exceeds the value of your return, an additional credit card payment may be required to cover the difference.
Store Credit:
- If selected, store credit will be issued via email within 3-5 business days of your return being processed. Store credit will expire after 12 months of issue date. If you reside in Florida, Illinois, Maryland, or New Mexico, your store credit will not expire after 12 months from the issue date.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of your return being processed.
- Items that were purchased with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
- All refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee that is not covered by our “Package Protection + Return Shipping” policy. This fee will be waived for customers who elect to receive store credit or an exchange in lieu of a monetary refund.
Cancel or Edit a return:
If you would like to Edit or Cancel your return, please do so through the return status page found in your return email
- Exchanges cannot be edited or cancelled
“Package Protection and Return Shipping”
- Your order is protected from being lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Return and exchange shipping costs are waived for orders placed with “Package Protection and Return Shipping”
- “Package Protection and Return Shipping” cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
- For returns to be covered under this policy, the return must be started through the Baltic Born Returns Portal, Baltic Born is not liable for any shipping charges for items sent back outside of our return process

*Please note that this is different from receiving a flawed item. See “Damaged Items” below.
Discount Codes:
- General discount codes are single use only.
- Discount codes of any kind (including those redeemed from rewards points) cannot be combined with any other offers.
-Discount codes can not be used towards exchange orders
-Store credit promotions do not apply towards exchange orders
Damaged Item:
-If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery for standard shipping orders or 7 days for express shipping orders. To get started on a damage claim, please start a return through our returns portal.
-Please note, we will need a clear photo of the damage or defect as well as a photo of the care tag (small interior tag- lists wash instructions) attached to the item.
*If the request is outside of the 14 day window or found to be washed/ worn the claim may be rejected. Please be aware once a claim is opened, if we do not receive a response within 30 days the claim will be closed, and we will not be compensating for any damage or defective items.

Color Discrepancies:
- Product color variations may occur due to digital photography and lighting discrepancies. Please review the product description for any further details regarding color.
- Color may vary with style. If you have questions regarding color matching for wedding parties, please order color swatches before purchasing, or email our Customer Service Team at [email protected]
Nordstrom and TikTok Shop Returns:
- Purchases placed through Nordstrom or TikTok Shop must be return through those respective channels and will abide by the applicable return policy
- TikTok Shop and Nordstrom returns are not eligible for in store drop off
Poshmark:
We've partnered with Loop and Poshmark to make it easier than ever to give your item a second life and earn cash. When you select the "Resell on Poshmark" button next to your item, we'll help pre-populate the Poshmark listing form for you, so you can save time and get a head start on selling. Once your item sells, you'll receive an email from Poshmark with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. All you'll have to do is package the item up and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
You can withdraw your earnings from Poshmark at any time. Poshmark takes a 20% fee for all orders over $15, and a flat fee of $2.95 for any orders under $15.
