Rest assured that your goods are covered! With the Redo Free Return Shipping + Package Protection, your order is protected from being lost, stolen, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, and you receive free shipping on returns and exchanges. The cost of Redo is dynamically priced based on the number of items in your order. The Redo Free Return Shipping + Package Protection cannot be removed from order once the order has been placed.
What is covered by the Redo Package Protection?
If your order is damaged upon arrival, lost in transit, stolen after being marked as delivered, or never arrives at all, the Redo Package Protection is the shipping warranty that we utilize to compensate for these shipping issues.
How do I add Package Protection to my order?
When you are at checkout, simply confirm that the Free Return Shipping + Package Protection checkbox is selected. This will add the Shipping Protection to your order and ensure that your purchase is protected from all events that are out of your control.
How do I use my Package Protection?
Simply start a claim HERE! Our team will take care of you and help assist you further.
How long will it take to get my replacement?
Once our team has confirmed your Package Protection, your replacement will ship immediately. Standard shipping times apply.
How long do I wait to submit a claim if I encounter an issue with my purchase?
- If you received a damaged product: Please submit a claim HERE within 14 days of receiving your package. If the order was placed with expedited shipping please report within 7 days of delivery.
- If your package was marked as delivered but has not arrived (OR is stuck in transit with no updates): Please reach out to the shipping carrier and/or your local post office for more detailed information about delivery. If they do not have any info for you, and if you have still not received your package after 6 business days of it being marked as "delivered," please submit a claim HERE. You must start a claim regarding this issue within 30 days of your package being marked as delivered (or the last tracking update). Please be aware once a claim is opened, if we do not receive a response within 30 days the claim will be closed, and we will not be compensating for any missing packages regardless of Package Protection.
Redo Free Return Shipping + Package Protection is not available for customers outside of the US and Canada.
