REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS OF USE

Baltic Born Rewards Program Terms and Conditions of Participation

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Baltic Born Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”). This Rewards Program is offered at the sole discretion of Four Lilies, LLC, doing business as Baltic Born ("Baltic Born", “we”, “us”, or “our”) and is subject to the term and conditions of this Rewards Program Terms of Use (the “Rewards Terms”) and the Baltic Born Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”), each as may be modified from time to time. By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Terms and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Rewards Terms or the Terms of Use, you may not participate in the Rewards Program. 

    1. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY & MEMBERSHIP
      1. The Rewards Program allows members to earn points in connection with the purchase of Qualifying Products (defined below) and the performance of Qualifying Activities (defined below), as defined below, that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain products. Earning points, redeeming rewards and tracking your activity is done through the My Rewards dashboard (the "Dashboard") on the Baltic Born website located at https://balticborn.com/ (the “Website”). You must be logged into your Rewards Program Account (“Account”) to navigate these functions on the Dashboard.
      2. The Rewards Program is available to all individuals who are United States residents, 18 years or older, and have an active Account.
      3. You can create an account on our Website by signing up in the Dashboard.
      4. There is no purchase, payment, or credit card required to participate in the Rewards Program.
      5. You may only participate in the Rewards Program through one Baltic Born account. We apply a limit of one membership per person and registered email address. Any points or benefits earned through the use of more than one Account will not be redeemable, transferred to or merged with another Account.
      6. You are responsible for all activity that is conducted through your Account. This means you are responsible for making every effort to keep your email address and password secure and private. We advise using a unique password that has not been used on any other account. If your password or account is compromised, we advise you to change it quickly or reach out to customer service for further assistance.
    2. EARNING & REDEEMING POINTS
      1. The Rewards Program allows members to earn points in connection with the purchase of Qualifying Products (defined below) and the performance of Qualifying Activities (defined below), as defined below, that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain products. 
      2. QUALIFYING PURCHASES
        1. A Qualifying Purchase is a purchase of a regular or sale priced item on the Website while logged into your Account. PURCHASES OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT QUALIFYING PURCHASES: PURCHASE OF eGIFT CARDS, SALES TAX, STATE FEES, SHIPPING CHARGES, DELIVERY CHARGES OR OTHER EXCLUDED CHARGES SPECIFIED BY IC FROM TIME TO TIME.
        2. A Qualifying Purchase will earn 10 points per $1 spent, but may earn more points per $1 spent if the Qualifying Purchase is made in connection with a bonus point event.  If the points from a Qualifying Purchase have posted and the item purchased as part of the Qualifying Purchase is returned to us, then the points earned for the returned item will be deducted. 
      3. QUALIFYING ACTIVITIES
        1. A Qualifying Activity is an activity you can perform to earn a specified number of points. The Qualifying Activities that members can perform and the corresponding points earned are listed in the ‘Earning Points’ section on the Dashboard. The Qualifying Activities that members can perform include, but are not limited to, creating an account, making your first 3 purchases as an Account holder, on your birthday (where you provide your birthdate with us), uploading a photo, writing a review, following us on Instagram, ‘liking’ Baltic Born on Facebook, sharing on Facebook, following us on Pinterest, and referring a friend to purchase. To earn points in connection with most of the Qualifying Activities you must be logged into your Account. To earn points for sharing on Facebook, following us on Instagram, ‘liking’ us on Facebook, and following us on Pinterest, go to the ‘Earning Points’ section of the Dashboard and follow the prompts associated with the Qualifying Activity. You can refer your friends by providing them with a link located in the Referrals’ section of the Dashboard. When they make a purchase, you earn points. A Qualifying Activity will earn the amount of points specified for the particular activity in the Dashboard.
  • REDEEMING POINTS
        1. You must be logged into your Account to earn and redeem points. Once you have sufficient points you may redeem the points as detailed in the ‘Redeem’ section of the Dashboard. When you have earned 500 points, you can redeem a $5 off discount, when you have 1000 points, you can redeem a $10 off discount, when you have earned 2500 points, you can redeem a $25 off discount.
        2. Rewards points may be applied to purchases of $25 or more. Rewards points may not be used towards purchases of charitable products, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges or other excluded charges specified by Baltic Born from time to time. Items purchased using rewards points are subject to the Baltic Born return policy.
      1. Points are nontransferable. Points cannot be combined with another member's points. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash at any time except where required by law. Points have no purpose or use other than to be redeemed as detailed in the ‘Redeem’ section of the Dashboard. Points will only be redeemable by the member to whom they are issued. Points are not transferable in the event of death or divorce and do not constitute property of the member.
      2. Once a point is redeemed it cannot be re-used or re-issued. Baltic Born reserves the right to limit the quantities of points redeemed by a single member in a given time period. Points are not valid unless earned in strict compliance with the requirements established and intended by Baltic Born, and members shall not attempt to earn points by any means (including without limitation, by using any script, bot, data mine or other automated means) that only simulates applicable requirements, or by any fraudulent activity such as making false referrals.
      3. The sale or barter of any points offered through the Rewards Program, other than by Baltic Born, is expressly prohibited.
      4. Baltic Born reserves the right to make promotional offers selectively available to members, based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or other factors.
    1. POINT EXPIRATION
      1. Rewards points will expire 12 months after issuance. 
      2. Rewards points that were earned prior to January 1, 2025, will expire December 31, 2025.
    2. ACCOUNT INFORMATION
      1. Any personal information you provide in connection with the Rewards Program will be handled as detailed in the Baltic Born Privacy Policy which is hereby incorporated by reference. 
    3. COMMUNICATIONS
      1. By participating in the Rewards Program, you will periodically receive emails from us related to your membership in the Rewards Program, such as emails informing you that you have enough points to redeem a rewards coupon and that a referred friend has made a purchase. If you do not want to receive these emails you have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
    4. CHANGES, TERMINATION, REMOVAL FROM REWARDS PROGRAM
      1. You may cancel your membership to the Rewards Program at any time by emailing hello@balticborn.com. .
      2. If you cancel your membership any points which remain in your Account will be forfeited.
      3. Baltic Born may, at its sole discretion, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Rewards Program, and/or these Rewards Program Terms at any time, in case of changes to applicable laws, changes in services provided by Baltic Born or introducing new services. Any material change will take effect after 14 days from the date on which you have been informed of such change either in the Dashboard, on balticborn.com, or via mail or a combination thereof. If you do not accept the changes you have the right to cancel your membership.
      4. Baltic Born reserves the right to make minor changes to the Rewards Program and these Rewards Program Terms without providing you with prior notification, provided that these changes do not materially affect the membership in a negative way. Please make sure to stay updated on these Rewards Program Terms.
      5. Any violation of the Rewards Program rules, proven or probable fraud, non-compliance with the terms, inactivity on the account, provision of incorrect data, or any act detrimental to Balitic Born's interests, may lead to the termination of, and/or impact your ability to participate in the Rewards Program. If your participation in the Rewards Program is canceled, all points shown in the Dashboard will automatically expire.
    5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
      1. Baltic Born will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Rewards Program or any consequences thereof. Baltic Born accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation, or termination or in any other way relating to the Rewards Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION; DISPUTE
      1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction detailed in the Terms of Use.
      2. In the case of a dispute regarding the administration of the Rewards Program, or the points, or other benefits available to a member, Baltic Born's decision will be final. A member's exclusive remedy in the event of any questions related to the points or other benefit earned by or available to a member shall be the issuance of the points or other benefits, if available, or such other comparable benefit as determined by Baltic Born, in its sole discretion, which shall have no additional liability whatsoever.
