This dress is fantastic! I'm 5'6/190lb and wore an XL that fit perfectly. The arms are pretty large and the V-neck goes super low so you'll definitely want to make sure you have the right bra for it. I felt like it was the perfect weight to wear when it's somewhat warmer and when it's full fall vibes. 10/10 recommend.
