I'm 5'4, 32A, usually wear a size 0, and bought a size XS. The dress fits my bust and waist and is wonderfully slushy, but the fit in the shoulders is way off. The sleeve caps are set way to the side, almost past my armpits. There is too much room in the shoulders, I don't even begin the stretch the elastic that's meant to secure them. The sleeves fall right off and drag the top of the bodice with them. I wish that I could get a real return instead of store credit. This would be a lovely dress for ladies with broad shoulders. On a positive note, the sewing and fabric are very nice quality.

The neckline felt a little matronly to me, high in some places that just fit awkwardly. The material was a little scratchy, and I couldn't see myself keeping it. Beautiful color though, if you see it in a different dress!
