This is a beautiful dress, and is well made. My only problem with it is that the neck line is slightly too wide where the sleeves slip off my shoulders. I am fairly wide in the shoulders and typically where a medium, sometimes large in dresses and with this one, I feel as though I could’ve gotten away with a size small. The other downfall is where the bottom of the dress sits on me. I’m 5’9” and I wish the dress was just a tad bit longer because it hits me at a bit of an awkward length in my opinion (I’m a bit of a perfectionist though…), but that doesn’t bother me as much as the sleeves slipping off my shoulders. Otherwise it’s a beautiful dress, I will just have to use body tape to keep the sleeves on my shoulders.
Consider sizing down, the top is roomy and has a lot of stretch.
I have a 36.5” bust and wear a 34C bra, 30” waist. I’m 5’9”, 170lbs and have a hourglass body shape.

The colors are even better in person! I’ve never met a dress from Baltic I haven’t liked. I would say it’s true to size. It’s got a great smocked top for stretch and the sleeves are so cute. Can’t wait to wear it to my occasion.
