Meghan Velvet Wrap Maxi Dress

Hello, always nice to get a detailed plus size review. I am 5’10, size 20, 22 for looser fit, 2x sometimes a 3x if I want something baggier. Bust is 48”, waist 42”, hips 55”, cup size c/d. I ordered a 3xl from the measurements. If you prefer a looser fit or are bustier I would size up. The dress is a true wrap dress and the extra fabric on the bottom won’t make much of a difference. As a relatively “medium” cup size this will require fabric tape (especially for large cupped women) so your girls feel more secure. Could be worn with a low cut bra, boob tape, or braless. I wore a low cut bra and you can see the bra coming out in the pictures here after I removed the fabric tape. The dress is a bit clingy and I did feel more comfortable in my stomach area with shapewear on. This might also be improved by sizing up as well. Don’t worry about the size on the tag, just buy what will work best! As a relatively tall girl, if you are shorter than 5’10” or so this will need to be hemmed if you are wearing flats, probably will need hemming regardless if you are shorter than 5’7” or so. This is nice for the tall girls but not so nice for the shorter ones. Also this dress was a bit confusing to figure out how to get on since it’s a true wrap dress and took me a couple tries 😅 Some instructions might have been nice.
