Tiered ruffle midi skirt and subtle gathered shoulder yoke add movement and visual interest.

Nice full coverage dress
The dress looks just like the picture on the site. I didn't realize it was a cotton fabric which is a plus in my eyes. I will get a lot of wear out of this as it can be dressed up with heels or down with tennis shoes or flip flops.
