1. When will my order ship? 

We try REALLY hard to get your orders out the next day business day (weekends excluded), but can sometimes be 2-3 business days. 

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take up to 5 business days. We offer an express shipping option at checkout that is 2-3 business days guaranteed. International shipping can take 7-20 business days depending on country.

3. Where is Baltic Born based and where do you ship from? 

We are based out of Utah and your orders also ship from Utah! 

4. Can I cancel my order?

No, we do not allow order cancellations as we begin processing orders immediately after purchase.

5. How do I initiate a return?

6. Do you offer free returns?

YES!! There is no fee charged for returns. All qualifying returns will be issued a store credit.

7. Do you offer refunds to original form of payment?

No. We do not offer refunds to original form of payment. All qualifying returns will be issued a store credit.

8. Do you offer free exchanges?

YES! All exchanges are free and there is no limit on the number of exchanges you can complete. 

9. I received the wrong item or damaged item, what do I do?

We apologize if you receive a damaged item. We do our best to check every piece before it ships to you. Please email us right away at hello@balticborn.com with photos of the damage or wrong item, and our customer service will take care of you asap!

10. How do I get notified when a product is back in stock?

If the size you are wanting is out of stock, you can sign up for the restock notification by clicking on the "Can't find your size? Get notified" located directly under the sizing rectangles on each product page.

11. My order is scanned as delivered and it isn't here, what do I do?

We do our best to help you track down your package, but we are not responsible for orders, lost or stolen in transit including lost or stolen returns. Once our mail carriers pick up the packages, they are no longer in our hands and we are unable to see more detailed tracking information than you. We recommend contacting your local post office (USPS deliveries) or UPS store (UPS deliveries) to get further information on the packages whereabouts. We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. 

12. What does the estimated ship date on a Pre-Order item mean?

We do our best to give accurate ship dates on all pre-orders. However, we are not in control of the transportation of our shipments and sometimes there can be delays. We always try to allow for a cushion on pre-order ship dates but these are estimates. If you are wanting an update on your ship date, please refer back to the product page as we keep these up to date!

13. Where do your items come from?

The pieces on our site are either custom designed by the sisters of Baltic Born or hand selected from brands and wholesalers we trust and work with.

14. Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes! We truly care and take pride in how our products are made and sourced. We only work with brands and wholesalers that we trust.

15. How do I redeem my points?

There is a Rewards button at the bottom left corner of our website. Click on Rewards and an icon will pop up. You can sign in with your Baltic Born account here and you will then see your points at the top right. You must have at least 500 points ($5 value) to use points towards an order. You can also leave a review to earn more points for a future purchase.
