When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days, plus shipping time.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take anywhere between 5-14 business days for orders within the US. You can select express shipping at checkout that guarantees delivery in 2-3 business days. 

International delivery is 10-14 business days for standard shipping and 5-10 business days with express shipping. International orders can take up to 8 weeks if there are unforeseen delays.

Where is Baltic Born based and where do you ship from?

Baltic Born is based in Utah and your orders also ship from Utah!

What countries do you ship to?

What are the international shipping costs?

Please view our shipping page HERE to see shipping costs. International shipping as of 12/16/22 is DDP (duties and taxes required to pay at time of check-out). DDP provides the fastest and most reliable international shipping experience.  Shipping rates vary per country.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you complete your checkout, we cannot cancel your order. Please double-check your order (e.g., size, quantity, shipping address) before you click ‘Order’. If you have found a mistake, please wait to receive your order, then start the return process.

Can I return an item? Does Baltic Born offer free returns?

All qualifying returns within the United States receive free return shipping, and will be issued store credit. International returns need to be mailed back to Baltic Born by the customer. Please start your return process through our Return Portal, in which you will be sent a shipping label.

Does Baltic Born offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. All qualifying returns within the United States will receive free return shipping, and will be issued store credit. Store credit never expires.

Does Baltic Born offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please go through our Return Portal to return your original item, then you can use your store credit to re-purchase.

How should I wash my Baltic Born product?

We recommend washing our products in cold water, and air drying to preserve the color and shape. Avoid irons and use steamers in the case of excess wrinkles.

I received the wrong item, or am missing an item I ordered, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong order or are missing an item, here are a few easy steps you need to follow within (14) calendar days of receiving your package:

Email hello@balticborn.com with 

a. “Missing Item /Wrong Item - Your Order Number” as the subject of the email; 

b. your order number in the email, 

c. a description of the error in your order.

I received an item with a flaw, what should I do?

If you find a flaw, here are a few easy steps you need to follow within seven (14) calendar days of receiving your package:

1. take photos of the flaw

2. email hello@balticborn.com with a) “Item Flaw_ Your Order Number” as the subject of the email; b) your order number in the email, b) photos as attachments (GIF, image, PDF), c) a description of your flaw.

How do I get notified when a product is available?

If the size you are wanting is out of stock, you can sign-up for the restock notification (email or text) by clicking on the “Can’t find your size? Get notified” located directly under the sizing rectangles on each product page.

What is the Baltic Born Shipping Warranty?

Rest assured that your goods are covered! With the Baltic Born Shipping Warranty, your order is protected from being lost, stolen, damaged or shipped incorrectly. The cost starts at $1.50 and is based on the value of your order. If your order is damaged upon arrival, lost in transit, stolen after being marked as delivered, or never arrives at all, the Baltic Born Shipping Warranty is the package insurance that we utilize to compensate for these shipping issues.

*Please note that this is different from receiving a flawed item.

How do I use my Baltic Born Shipping Warranty? 

If you received a damaged product: You must email a photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving your package.

If your package was marked as delivered but has not arrived: You must contact us regarding this issue within 30 days of your package being marked as delivered, after which we will not be compensating for any missing packages regardless of Shipping Warranty.

If your package is still in transit: Our Shipping Warranty considers domestic packages to be officially lost if it has been 2 weeks since the most recent tracking update. You may email our team before then, but we will not be able to compensate until the 2 week threshold has been met. For international orders, this threshold is 4 weeks.

My order is showing ‘delivered’ but it never arrived. What should I do?

Once our mail carriers pick up your order, we are only able to see the same tracking details that you can see. We recommend contacting the mail carriers (e.g., United States Postal Office or UPS) to get further information on the packages' whereabouts. We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages, unless you have the Baltic Born Shipping Warranty.

Please consider adding the Baltic Born Shipping Warranty to your orders, as it protects your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse. 

What does the estimated ship date on Coming Soon items mean?

We do our best to make an estimate on when that product will become available. Please refer back to the product page as we are constantly updating the information to keep these up-to-date!

How does Baltic Born select which items they will sell? 

All of our items are either custom designed by the sisters of Baltic Born or hand selected from brands and wholesalers we trust and work with.

Are Baltic Born’s products ethically sourced? 

Yes! We truly care and take pride in how our products are made and sourced. We only work with brands and wholesalers that we trust and uphold the same standards and ethics we follow at our headquarters in Utah.

How do I redeem my points?

There is a Rewards button at the bottom left corner of our website. Click on Rewards and an icon will pop up. You can sign in with your Baltic Born account here and you will then see your points at the top right. You must have at least 500 points ($5 value) to use points towards an order. You can also leave a review to earn more points for a future purchase.

How do I use my store credit or gift card?

To use your store credit, all you need to do is enter the code provided via email (from hello@balticborn.com) into the box labeled "Gift card or discount code" during checkout. This will apply your store credit balance onto your order! Any remaining store credit amount is available for use on a future order using the same credit code. If you purchase through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) you will not be able to use store credit or a discount code.
