When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days, plus shipping time.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take anywhere between 5-14 business days for orders within the US. You can select express shipping at checkout that guarantees delivery in 2-3 business days. 

International shipping can take 2-8 weeks depending on the destination.

Where is Baltic Born based and where do you ship from?

Baltic Born Headquarters is based in Utah. Depending on your order's location, your order will ship from Utah or Georgia.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you complete your checkout, we cannot cancel your order. Please double-check your order (e.g., size, quantity, shipping address) before you click ‘Order’. If you have found a mistake, please wait to receive your order, then start the return process.

Can I return an item? Does Baltic Born offer free returns?

All qualifying returns within the United States are free, and will be issued store credit. International returns need to be mailed back to Baltic Born by the customer. Please start your return process through our Return Portal, in which you will be sent a shipping label.

Does Baltic Born offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. All qualifying returns within the United States are free, and will be issued store credit. Store credit never expires.

Does Baltic Born offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please go through our Return Portal to return your original item, then you can use your store credit to re-purchase.

I received the wrong item, or am missing an item I ordered, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong order or are missing an item, here are a few easy steps you need to follow within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your package:

Email hello@balticborn.com with 

a. “Missing Item /Wrong Item - Your Order Number” as the subject of the email; 

b. your order number in the email, 

c. a description of the error in your order.

I received an item with a flaw, what should I do?

If you find a flaw, here are a few easy steps you need to follow within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your package:

1. take photos of the flaw

2. email hello@balticborn.com with a) “Item Flaw_ Your Order Number” as the subject of the email; b) your order number in the email, b) photos as attachments (GIF, image, PDF), c) a description of your flaw.

How do I get notified when a product is available?

If the size you are wanting is out of stock, you can sign-up for the restock notification (email or text) by clicking on the “Can’t find your size? Get notified” located directly under the sizing rectangles on each product page.

What is the Baltic Born Shipping Warranty?

The Baltic Born Shipping Warranty protects your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse. This includes being lost, stolen, damaged or delivered incorrectly. The cost starts at $0.98 and is based on the value of your order.

If your order is damaged upon arrival, lost in transit, stolen after being marked delivered, or never arrives at all, our Baltic Born Shipping Warranty guarantees a replacement.

*Please note that this is different from receiving a flawed item.

How do I use my Baltic Born Shipping Warranty? 

If your package did not arrive, but was marked delivered:

- within four (4) calendar days of placing your order;

- email hello@balticborn.com with a) “Baltic Born Shipping Warranty Your Order Number” as the subject of the email; b) your order number, c) a note that your package has not arrived, but was marked delivered.

*Our team will work with you to send you a new package. 

If your package is reporting “in transit”, but you think it should have already arrived:

For orders within the US: 

within four (4) weeks of placing your order;

email hello@balticborn.com with “Baltic Born Shipping Warranty Your Order Number” as the subject of the email; b) your order number, b) a note that your package was still in transit.

For international orders: 

within eight (8) weeks of placing your order;

email hello@balticborn.com with “Baltic Born Shipping Warranty Your Order Number” as the subject of the email; b) your order number, b) a note that your package was still in transit.

Please do not submit your Baltic Born Shipping Warranty request through our Return Portal. Please send us an email.

My order is showing ‘delivered’ but it never arrived. What should I do?

Once our mail carriers pick up your order, we are only able to see the same tracking details that you can see. We recommend contacting the mail carriers (e.g., United States Postal Office or UPS) to get further information on the packages' whereabouts. We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages, unless you have the Baltic Born Shipping Warranty.

Please consider adding the Baltic Born Shipping Warranty to your orders, as it protects your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse. 

What does the estimated ship date on Coming Soon items mean?

We do our best to make an estimate on when that product will become available. Please refer back to the product page as we are constantly updating the information to keep these up-to-date!

How does Baltic Born select which items they will sell? 

All of our items are either custom designed by the sisters of Baltic Born or hand selected from brands and wholesalers we trust and work with.

Are Baltic Born’s products ethically sourced? 

Yes! We truly care and take pride in how our products are made and sourced. We only work with brands and wholesalers that we trust and uphold the same standards and ethics we follow at our headquarters in Utah.

How do I redeem my points?

There is a Rewards button at the bottom left corner of our website. Click on Rewards and an icon will pop up. You can sign in with your Baltic Born account here and you will then see your points at the top right. You must have at least 500 points ($5 value) to use points towards an order. You can also leave a review to earn more points for a future purchase.
