- We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for returned items and DO NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment. Your store credit will be issued in USD via email within 5-10 business days of delivery of your return back to our warehouse. Store credit will expire after 12 months of issue date. The states of Florida, Illinois, Maryland and New Mexico are exempt from store credit expiration.
- Shipping charges and the fee for Free Returns & Exchanges + Shipping Protection are not included in the store credit amount and will not be refunded.
- We do not allow order cancellations or order edits once an order has been placed, so please thoroughly double-check all order, contact, and payment information at checkout.
- Price adjustments will not be made for any past or future orders.
- Some items require a $25 restocking fee that will be deducted from your store credit. Please check the product description to see if this fee applies to the product ordered.
- Multiple returns of damaged/unsellable items will revoke customer’s return eligibility.
To receive your STORE CREDIT, item(s) must be:
- Unworn with tags still attached.
- Item(s) must be like new and in RESALABLE CONDITION.
- All swim returns must be in original condition with tags attached, hygienic liners in place, and no sign of wear. We will inspect all swimwear for any signs of prolonged wear. If found, the item will not be returnable and will be discarded.
Instant Exchanges
When you select instant exchanges, your new exchange order is placed immediately. This helps you get your items faster and guarantees that your items are in stock.
To place an instant exchange, we will retain your credit card information until we receive your return items (kind of like booking a hotel). You’ll only be charged for the amount not covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting.
Send my exchange after I return my item
When you select send my exchange after I return, your exchange order will be placed once your return has been processed. If your selected exchange item goes out of stock before your exchange order is placed, you will instead receive store credit and receive a notification to your email.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
- To make an international return, please start a return in our system HERE. Note: you will need to provide your own return shipping label as Baltic Børn does not cover that cost.-International orders are not eligible for exchanges or package protection
INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED OR MISSING ITEM FROM ORDER:
- If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of the package delivery. We ask that you keep a hold of the shipping packaging as well as the order packing slip while we investigate.
DAMAGED ITEM SENT:
- If you receive a damaged item, please submit a claim through the portal HERE within 14 days of receiving your package. If the order was placed with express shipping please report within 7 days of delivery.- If an item has been WORN or WASHED, it NO LONGER QUALIFIES for damage compensation or a return.
- Once a claim is opened, if we don't hear back or get a response within 30 days then the claim will be closed.
COLOR DISCREPANCIES:
- Product color variations may occur due to digital photography and lighting discrepancies. Please review the product description for any further details regarding color.- Color may vary with style. If you have questions regarding color matching for wedding parties, please order color swatches before purchasing, or email our Customer Service Team at hello@balticborn.com
DISCOUNT CODES:
- General discount codes are one use only.- Discount codes of any kind (including those redeemed from rewards points) are not stackable.
-Discount codes can not be used towards exchange orders.
We've partnered with Loop and Poshmark to make it easier than ever to give your item a second life and earn cash. When you select the "Resell on Poshmark" button next to your item, we'll help pre-populate the Poshmark listing form for you, so you can save time and get a head start on selling. Once your item sells, you'll receive an email from Poshmark with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. All you'll have to do is package the item up and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
You can withdraw your earnings from Poshmark at any time. Poshmark takes a 20% fee for all orders over $15, and a flat fee of $2.95 for any orders under $15.
