WE DO NOT ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER EDITS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

Free Return Shipping + Package Protection

Rest assured that your goods are covered! By paying for package protection on your order, you will qualify for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to maximize your return or exchange by avoiding higher return handling and shipping fees.

If you don't opt to pay the package protection fee, you can still do a return or exchange, but you may be responsible for the cost of the handling fee. Additionally Baltic Born will not be liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Store policies may exclude certain items from this service, such as items that are final sale.


What is covered by Package Protection?

 

If your order is damaged upon arrival, lost in transit, stolen after being marked as delivered, or never arrives at all,  Package Protection is the shipping warranty that we utilize to compensate for these shipping issues.


How do I add Package Protection to my order?

 

When you are at checkout, simply confirm that the Free Returns & Exchanges + Shipping Protection checkbox is selected. This will add Shipping Protection to your order and ensure that your purchase is protected from all events that are out of your control.

 


How do I use my Package Protection?

How long will it take to get my replacement?

Once our team has confirmed your Package Protection, your replacement will ship immediately. Standard shipping times apply.

 


How long do I wait to submit a claim if I encounter an issue with my purchase?

- If you received a damaged product: email hello@balticborn.com within 14 days of receiving your package. If the order was placed with expedited shipping please report within 7 days of delivery.

- If your package was marked as delivered but has not arrived (OR is stuck in transit with no updates): Please reach out to the shipping carrier and/or your local post office for more information about delivery. If they do not have any info for you, and if you have still not received your package after 6 business days of it being marked as "delivered," or at least 10 days from the most recent carrier update, please submit a claim by emailing hello@balticborn.com. You must start a claim regarding this issue within 30 days of your package being marked as delivered (or the last tracking update). Please be aware once a claim is opened, if we do not receive a response within 30 days the claim will be closed, and we will not be compensating for any missing packages regardless of Package Protection.
