I was looking for a dress I could wear to my baby shower but also something that I could wear after the baby arrives. The only thing missing from the description of the dress is what material it is made from. I usually don't buy polyester and I took a chance on this dress. It is unfortunately polyester but I will wear it occaisionally. I am normally a size large, but based on the size guide, I got an XL. It was a little bit big when I first tried it on, but after washing it shrunk just enough that it fits much better. Overall a pretty good dress, very comfortable and I got lots of compliments on it. If they had a better exchange policy I probably would have returned it and gotten a different dress due to the material, but it wasn't worth the hassle. I am 5'9" and 170lbs(pre-pregnancy), it hits me mid-calf.

This dress fit as expected and was very pretty on! My only complaint is that after two washes (delicate and air dried) it began ripping at the seems. Right near the stitching in the chest and elastic band in the back the thread did not stay stitched. For the price this was very disappointing.
