I am 5.5 and 145 lbs and typically wear medium sizes. I am 22 weeks pregnant and order a large. It fits perfectly and comfortable. Length just right and requires no hemming. The color is great, I love it but if you read the description of navy blue and expect a deep, true navy, it’s a bit brighter than a traditional navy. I would buy this dress again pregnant or not pregnant and in other colors.

I actually purchased this for our small private wedding ceremony. I was also about 20 weeks pregnant and with the lovely fit and flow of the dress and material, it was almost impossible to tell. The material is high quality, not cheap or too thin, and it sits wonderfully well. The deep V may require a little cinching if you have a larger chest but that is about all. Everyone commented how beautiful it was, like an angel dress.

I wore this to my baby shower at 28 weeks and felt so beautiful and confident. It's slightly dressy, but in the best way when you're the guest of honor. My regular size is Small and I went with a Medium to accommodate the belly, worked perfectly!
