The shipping costs associated with purchasing a swatch is more than the value of the swatch. Other sites I got swatches from either provided free swatches, free shipping, or both. On top of that, the amount of time it took to actually be shipped out was well over a week more than that of the free swatches with free shipping. I was looking to compare colours for bridesmaid dresses, and this swatch was both the most expensive and the last to arrive.
