The in store credit is a terrible way to purchase. This will keep me from buying from them in the future. It’s unfortunate because I love their clothing!

The sweater is beautiful and soft. However I needed to swap sizes and with the return process it ends up taking weeks to get the new size in and the whole process is a pain. And you pay for taxes/shipping each time so it’s not just an exchange. They have great clothing but really need to change their return policy to go back on your credit card rather than in store credit. Makes me not want to order from them again.
