    Beautiful but defective

    Purchased and loved it but the fabric frays with the slightest wear! Baltic replaced one and sent another and that dress did the same thing. I wore it to my mother’s funeral today, I barely moved in the dress and by the time the ceremony was over It had fraying in front of the dress. The fraying looks like lighter green stripes all in the fabric. So disappointed.
