I'm 5'4, 32A, usually wear a size 0, and bought a size XS. The dress fits my bust and waist and is wonderfully slushy, but the fit in the shoulders is way off. The sleeve caps are set way to the side, almost past my armpits. There is too much room in the shoulders, I don't even begin the stretch the elastic that's meant to secure them. The sleeves fall right off and drag the top of the bodice with them. I wish that I could get a real return instead of store credit. This would be a lovely dress for ladies with broad shoulders. On a positive note, the sewing and fabric are very nice quality.

The color of this dress is gorgeous in person, it is a beautiful neutral olive green color. The sweetheart cut top beautifully covers the right areas and flutter sleeves allow for arms to have mobility. The dress length hits just below the calves (Im 5’1 for reference) and is the perfect length with heels!
