    The Elastic in My Strap Broke

    I loved the dress, but 20 mins into my baby shower (first time wearing) the elastic strap literally popped and broke. I was sitting down eating and felt my strap go slack and fall. I had to have friends pin my strap to the dress & it still wouldn’t stay :( made pictures extremely difficult lol.

    Sizing is off

    Needed to return the 2 dresses I bought and got a passive aggressive email from the company saying no refunds are ever allowed just store credit. It’s a shame because return policies and customer service are key cornerstones to a company.
