The material and quality of the material was great. I am 5’5” and felt the dress hit me at an awkward length in the calf. I also felt like a stuffed sausage in the dress and if I went a size up it would have been too big.

I was pretty nervous ordering this dress. Some pretty mixed reviews and concerns with their return policy. I ended up paying the extra $2 insurance for a free return, but I wish I hadn’t because this dress is perfect. It is so flattering. I wore it out recently and it got soo many compliments and people kept looking at me! So if you’re worried about quality, don’t be. As a matter of fit, it might depend on your shape. I am a pear shape, and this sits beautifully on my body. The material is nice and thick, but not overly hot. I highly recommend. I’d say the size seemed true to size.
