All orders are processed within 4-5 business days, plus shipping time.

Shipping can take anywhere between 5-14 business days for orders within the US. You can select express shipping at checkout that guarantees delivery in 2-3 business days. 

International delivery is 3-14 business days. International orders can take up to 8 weeks if there are unforeseen delays.

Baltic Born is based in Utah and your orders also ship from Utah!

We currently do not have a storefront. Everything is based online and customers can only shop, place orders and return items through our online store.

Once you complete your checkout, we cannot cancel your order. Please double-check your order (e.g., size, quantity, shipping address) before you click ‘Order’. If you have found a mistake, please wait to receive your order, then start the return process.

All qualifying returns within the United States and Canada receive free return shipping, and will be issued store credit only. International returns need to be mailed back to Baltic Born and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Please start your return process through our Return Portal HERE, in which you will be sent a shipping label.

No, we do not offer refunds. All qualifying returns within the United States will receive free return shipping, and will be issued store credit. Store credit never expires.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. The best way to get a new item is to return your order then use your store credit for a new item.

We recommend washing our products in cold water, and air drying to preserve the color and shape. Avoid irons and use steamers in the case of excess wrinkles.

If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of the package delivery. We ask that you keep a hold of the shipping packaging as well as the order packing slip while we investigate.

If you receive an item with a flaw or damage, please submit a claim through the portal HERE within 14 days of receiving your package. If the order was placed with express shipping please report within 7 days of delivery.
- If an item has been WORN or WASHED, it NO LONGER QUALIFIES for damage compensation or a return.
- Once a claim is opened, if we don't hear back or get a response within 30 days then the claim will be closed.

If the size you are wanting is out of stock, you can sign-up for the restock notification (email or text) by clicking on the “Can’t find your size? Get notified” located directly under the sizing rectangles on each product page.

Rest assured that your goods are covered! With the Redo Free Return Shipping + Package Protection, your order is protected from being lost, stolen, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, and you receive free shipping on returns and exchanges. The cost of Redo is dynamically priced based on the number of items in your order. The Redo Free Return Shipping + Package Protection cannot be removed from order once the order has been placed.

*Please note that this is different from receiving a flawed item.

If your package was marked as delivered but has not arrived (OR is stuck in transit with no updates): Please reach out to the shipping carrier and/or your local post office for more detailed information about delivery. We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages, unless you have the Baltic Born Package Protection.

If you purchased the Baltic Born Package Protection and they do not have any info for you and if you have still not received your package after 6 business days of it being marked as "delivered," please submit a claim HERE. You must contact us regarding this issue within 30 days of your package being marked as delivered (or the last tracking update), after which we will not be compensating for any missing packages regardless of Package Protection.

Please consider adding the Baltic Born Package Protection to your orders, as it protects your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse. 

We do our best to make an estimate on when that product will become available. Please refer back to the product page as we are constantly updating the information to keep these up-to-date!

All of our items are either custom designed by the sisters of Baltic Born or hand selected from brands and wholesalers we trust and work with.

Yes! We truly care and take pride in how our products are made and sourced. We only work with brands and wholesalers that we trust and uphold the same standards and ethics we follow at our headquarters in Utah.

There is a Rewards button at the bottom left corner of our website. Click on Rewards and an icon will pop up. You can sign in with your Baltic Born account here and you will then see your points at the top right. You must have at least 500 points ($5 value) to use points towards an order. You can also leave a review to earn more points for a future purchase.

To use your store credit, all you need to do is enter the code provided via email (from hello@balticborn.com) into the box labeled "Gift card or discount code" during checkout. This will apply your store credit balance onto your order! Any remaining store credit amount is available for use on a future order using the same credit code. If you purchase through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) you will not be able to use store credit or a discount code.
