This sleeves on this sweater are closer to the fit of a 3/4 sleeve sweater. They are about 4 inches too short from coming all the way down my wrists. I contacted customer service and was told that was normal. I don’t think I have an abnormal arm length, but the sweater fits nothing like the picture. I included a picture comparing the sweater to a normal sweater, where the sleeves come halfway down my hands. I would not recommend. XS for reference.

While the material was soft and cozy, the fit was terrible. I ordered a medium, and the fit around the stomach was baggy and sloppy and not at all attractive. I returned.
