I think this dress is conservative and formal. I wanted a dress that had sleeves because I'm self conscious about my arms, so this checks the box on that. I love the sweetheart neckline; however, the lace details are not symmetrical, so that's unfortunate (see photo). The material is a bit heavy as well, so I'm concerned about getting too warm in this dress. As the other review mentioned, the zipper is hard to maneuver. I can get it up halfway and then it becomes a struggle. I'm 5'3, 140lbs, pear-shaped, and small chested. I ordered an XS and everything fits great. It is longer than I had anticipated since I went off the size chart. Even with 3 inch heels, about 2 inches of the hem is dragging on the floor.
3 stars because the neckline is not symmetrical, material is a bit heavy, and zipper doesn't zip up smoothly.

Fast shipping. Dress was very nice but the zipper would get stuck at a certain spot. I put some candle wax on it which helped but whenever I would zip it up or down it would still stick and made me nervous that it would break.
