The color on this dress was not what I expected from the picture. In addition there were places the embroidery was pulled. I purchased the return protection, but when I attempted to return the dress I was notified that it was a 'final' sale and not returnable even though purchase protection was offered, selected, and charged to me. I reached out to Baltic Born immediately through the help center and, four days later, have yet to hear from someone at BB. Needless to say I am disappointed and will not be purchasing from BB again.

Beautiful fabric! The bust is snug, making the dress hard to put on and pulling the waist seam upward. I will probably have alterations done to make it more comfortable.
