- Care & finish: Gentle wash recommended; reshape and lay flat to dry to preserve stretch, fit, and color.

Returned this dress in exchange for another for a wedding. Was unable to fulfill exchange and dress was sold out. Contacted customer service to figure out what was going on and they notified me they did not receive the dress I returned. I tried to get more information and they did not help much. They also said they refunded me for the exchange that sold out and they did not until I contacted them again about the matter. I still have not received a refund for this dress I sent back. Recommend not returning/exchanging if you can help it!! I have never had an issue with returning items before with other clothing companies this is my first run in. But keep in mind this when ordering from Baltic Born - you may have issues with getting your return refunded!
