I recently purchased this dress for an awards dinner. This is a form fitting dress so I wore spanx underneath the dress and it helped. I’m 5’3 150lbs and I ordered a large. I needed to have this dress hemmed about 3inches. I would say the bust area was a little loose on me. I would not size up in this dress. I would have given this 5 stars however some of the flower embroidery has strings coming off of it that I needed to cut off. I did receive a ton of compliments on this dress and I’m very happy with my purchase.
