this dress worked for the postpartum body. extra weight in hips and lots of extra boob. the space for my boobs was probably a tad small but it did the job. i didn’t spill out of the top, maybe a bit below the allotted space. i carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs. my hips are probably 39 around and this fit great. weight is 135
