We bought these ties for the groomsmen in my daughter’s wedding. They were in plastic, folded up in a box. The ties were so wrinkled and creased that even steaming them did not help! We asked for a refund after Baltic born told us the next set would be wrinkled too bc that’s how they ship them. We sent pics and they deny they are damaged. They are not useable. DO NOT BUY THESE TIES! Customer service is TERRIBLE AS WELL! So sad bc we’ve bought bridesmaid dresses and many other dresses from the site! Look at the pictures….unacceptable!!

DO NOT buy these ties! I ordered these ties for the groomsmen in my wedding party and they came to me completely damaged and permanently wrinkled. They were crumpled and folded so poorly into the shipping boxes that they had permanent creases and folds. When I submitted a damage claim to customer service, they told me that the ties were not damaged and that I should just steam them. After I told them that I had already tried that, they told me that "wrinkles" (refusing to admit the damage) were not their fault and came up with many excuses as to why they would not refund me. They told me that I could order new ones but they could not promise they would not be wrinkled, so obviously I did not do this because why would I want more damaged ties. Customer service was terrible, unprofessional, and clearly do not care to keep their business by fixing the way they ship these ties. I am extremely disappointed by Baltic Born and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The tie came extremely wrinkled and had a dark spot on it. Would not recommend and won’t be buying from this company again.

I bought this tie because it matched my dress perfectly. Just got it in the mail today and it’s not even close to the color of the actual tie in the picture. Not only can you not return it and get your money back, but you only get store credit. Why would I need store credit if I cant trust the color of there product.
