So this dress runs small. Smaller than I thought. I'm 5'6, 170lbs, 36C, and ordered a large. Should have ordered an XL, though it did fit in the chest. That said, this dress is gorgeous. It's so pretty. I was able to zip it up and its very comfortable. Just size up

I love this dress but the fit doesn’t match the measurements. I ordered a small but should have ordered a medium and I was unable to return due to it being a final sale. Next time I’ll order a size up!

Dress itself: black and red size S-too small, didn't even try it on
Size M in the green color- fit very awkwardly around chest (one side of the chest was literally cut larger than the other) and the though slit sits in a weird place on the thigh.
Customer service: buckle up.
I've bought a lot of dresses from this company and have loved them. Never had to return anything. Unfortunately since I hadn't had to, I didn't realize until I'd bought this and a lot of others to try to find dresses to attend a Vegas wedding that they DO NOT REFUND. You can only return for store credit. I'd bought about $650 worth of dresses in an attempt to find something since they have no brick and mortar to try clothes on and I didn't have time to keep waiting on returns. Disappointing, but ultimately my fault for not reading the policy, I know. I can still be disappointed over the policy since absolutely none of the dresses fit and some I didn't even try on.
On TOP of that, I recieved this in a following email:
"We have gone ahead and issued the credit for this return as outlined in our return policy. However, since several total items have been returned to us in an unsellable condition, this notice is to inform you that any future purchases, whether from our official website or our Meta storefronts will be considered “final sale”- meaning future orders cannot be returned to us for store credit even if the product is not specifically marked or priced as such. This is a gorgeous dress, but it is very long (pools on the floor) and the body of the dress is made for someone with a large torso. I am 5'0" and the ruching sat on my hips instead of waist, the slit looks awkward because it's further down my thigh than supposed to, and somehow makes me look very flat chested. I was surprised because I have other dresses in this style that I love. The fabric is slightly stretchy but a Small fits more like an XS except for the long torso part...don't bother buying unless you are 5'8" or taller. Plus you can only return for store credit, not full refund. Disappointed
