Vivienne Maxi Dress

I bought this dress for a wedding after i was told to wear floral. I usually wear a med but after reading reviews about the no give (stretch ) I decided to order the large and It fits perfect. It has adjustable straps which is great cause it pulls you up. I might need to tack the cleavage area a bit higher as it is more low cut than I’m use to. I received this in less than 2 weeks. Definitely worth buying. I can’t wait to wear it !!

I followed the sizing guidelines which suggested a 1X, which was way too big in the chest area. I complied as I am rather busy, but where there was excess material for the chest area the straps were so thin and unsupportive I would have been better off with one-ply toilet paper for dress straps. They were the same chiffon material as the outer layer of the dress so the adjustable dongle would just slip if I tried to tighten them. One of the straps kind of disentigrated when I tried it on because of how flimsy the material was. The rest of the dress was beautiful, but due to the inconsistent sizing recommendations and the straps it had to be returned.

Its a beautiful dress, but sizing is not accurate at least not in my opinion. I’m generally a medium/large. I ordered a large, and it sits fine at my waist, but in the chest area its really small, i would need a 2xl for the dress to even zip up. Sad part is i purchased “final sale” so now im stuck with a dress that does not fit. And no dress for the wedding im attending.

The dress did not fit right. It was too small even though I ordered a large. I normally wear a 7 or 8.

This gorgeous dress is so pretty and flowy! The only downside is that I'm short (5'4) so I have to hem the bottom. A few different lengths could be a good option. Also, the dress could be made better with the back shirred for a better fit with some breathing room.
