My favourite Baltic Born purchase so far (and they’ve all been good). The quality exceeds my expectations. The skirt is fully lined, and the smocking up top is very snug and secure. I’ve nursed in this dress three times by just pulling down the top on one side, and it was so easy and comfortable and the dress is no worse for the wear. The smocking pops right back with no sagging. The dress has a lot of weight to it, as you would expect from a full velvet dress, but it doesn’t feel heavy on. I bought it for our family photos and it was gorgeous! Excited to get more wear out of it.
I’m 5ft 4in and 140lbs and bought a medium. Great fit! I wouldn’t recommend sizing down, because the elastic on the sleeves might be snug and uncomfortable.

Beautiful velvet fabric and color! It is lined, warm and comfortable. Looked very flattering on. Got compliments when worn :) True midi length. True to size as well - I usually wear a 3X (22-24W) and the 3X fit perfectly.
